These Jackfruit chips are prepared from a specific species/variety of Jackfruit before ripen. These unripened Jackfruits are de-skinned and sliced as the thin wafer in any shape, mixed with Salt and Turmeric powder, dried in shade and finally deep fried in Coconut oil.
